Organizing your makeup comes with a lot of options and a lot of obstacles. While a DIY organizer that is compact and shuts up tight might be tempting for those who loath clutter, the truth is that making your cosmetics more accessible will help your organization in the long run. These Chic DIY Makeup Organizer mason jar crafts allow you to set your cosmetics out on your sink, bathroom counter, or vanity. This means they will be in reach and easy to grab as you get ready. With these mason jar ideas sitting so close, you will have no excuse to let your makeup brushes linger on the counter or sink.

This is a wonderful project. I am going to get started this weekend. I am so tired of grabbing what I think is a brow pencil, just to find out it's a lip liner pencil. Surprise! Purple eyebrows are not the in thing right now. Now I will just have to look at the outside of the jar.

Wow! I haven't seen anything so chic in a while. I was going through the material list wondering why I'd need rice but it's really important. The mason jars look amazing and not overdone, perfect for a minimalist plus this makes a great addition to my mason jar crafts list.

Honestly, I could not have found a project I like better! Personally, I found containers with larger openings just because I have a lot of brushes and eye products, but I still love this! Not sure if I'll use this to organize my lip products though!
