Materials List

  • DecoArt® Suede™ in Plum (DSU11) *Winner of the 2020 Creativation New Innovative Product!*
  • Americana Decor® Chalky Finish™ Paint in Yesteryear (ADC27)
  • Old buffet
  • Sandpaper
  • Lint free cloth
  • New hardware for drawer pulls
  • Medium brush
  • Large flat brush

Instructions

  1. Lightly sand buffet and wipe clean with a cloth.

  2. Remove drawers and use a medium brush to paint the base of the buffet in Plum (using a cross hatch motion) Let dry.

  3. Remove hardware from drawers and continue painting in Plum (using a cross hatch motion) Let dry.

  4. Replace the hardware with pretty glass or crystal knobs.

  5. Use a large flat brush to paint the top of the buffet in Yesteryear. Apply another coat. Let dry.
