At first I didn't know I was looking at toilet paper rolls in the shape of a butterfly. I thought this would be complicated and hard to achieve but it's quite the opposite. You do need to collect a bunch of rolls to make more than one butterfly but it's worth the wait. You can decorate a kid's room or play area with these.

What a great way to use up all those toilet paper rolls that would otherwise be thrown away and end up in a landfill. I love that you can make a butterfly out of the simple oval shape of the tube when you cut them into pieces. I have seen people who made a gate once from these tubes, it is amazing what you can create with small cardboard ovals.

This is so cute! I love using things around the house to create pretty things like this. I do not have a lot of things on my walls, and I think this would look so cute in my living room. It will take quite a while to save up enough toilet paper rolls to make this. I better get started!

This is such a cute idea for a kids room a fun weekend project that they can display on their walls!

I like the look of this project but cannot envision how to achieve it from the directions. Are the rounds glued together by the edges? How big is the butterfly when it's finished? What are the craft sticks used for? I'd like to see clearer instructions.

The finished project all depends on how many circles you use, the top picture butterfly was approx. 24in by 23in , lay out design and I started with center body, the glue is placed where it will attach the next, halfway down on circle, u can paint in multiple colors before or spray one color, the whole butterfly when finised . If you need more directions...plz respond back....I will help
