Make sure your plants are happy and fed while you're on vacation with this easy and cute DIY Plant Waterer. Recycled craft ideas like this are great for saving money on small things. You'll need an old glass soda or wine bottle and some colorful marbles to decorate it with. To make sure your decorations stick, allow the glue to dry for 24 hours before using your plant waterer. DIY water globes and spikes are great ways to take care of your indoor plants without having to keep an eye on them every day.

What a clever and practical project! I could see changing this up a bit by using tiny sea shells, bits of sea glass, buttons or tiny sequins glued to the bottle. But the flat glass marbles look great too! This would be a fun project for kids and would make a nice gift for any plant lover. Good for a teacher gift to use in the classroom for less watering trips for plants in the classroom, or any personal gift! Great idea!
