"Got a fused light bulb? Thinking of recycling the bulb but want to try something new? Turn the useless light bulb into a beautiful Valentine's gift. Choose miniatures that you love like I chose mini Eiffel tower and made a 3D heart shaped hot air balloon. I picked the Eiffel tower from the mini charms section of the local craft store. Switch it with any kind of your favorite charms, fill it with glitter, sand, white sand, decorative stones, etc.. The options are endless. Give this DIY a try, you'll be proud of yourself..."
