Holiday Tree Decoration Instructions

  1. Make a mark on the base of your cone so you know where to start. Then, place your cone on the edge of your ollie fun fabric, and make a mark one each end of where the cone is.

  2. Roll your cone a little bit and continue to make marks on your ollie fun fabric.

  3. Using scissors cut out the pattern based on the markings you made.

  4. Lay your styrofoam cone down on the cut out ollie fun fabric piece and roll it, so that it becomes covered by the fabric.

  5. Pin that in place by taking your pin, putting a bead on the end of it, and pinning along the seam of the olie fun fabric.

  6. Using a twist and style tool, make a coiled rope using yarn.

  7. Taking your rope, wrap it up and down your cone, pinning it in place using your pins.

  8. To make your tassle, cut some yarn and wrap it around, some mat board or your fingers. Use a small piece of yarn to tie one end of your tassle.

  9. From there, trim it on the non-tied edge, shake it out, and pin it to the top of your tree.
