Primrose and Proper Super Scarf
Primrose and Proper Super Scarf

"This super scarf is warm, cozy, and l-o-n-g--all the things a super scarf should be! The lacy details add elegance, and will keep you looking gorgeous all winter. This versatile scarf can be made in a variety of lengths, and can even be turned into an afghan with enough row repeats. It's also easy enough to follow for those who haven't been crocheting a long time! See the "Additional Notes" section for several different length adjustments."

NotesYou will need to know how to crochet in the "3rd loop" of an hdc: Look at the top of the stitch, and locate the sideways “V”, bend the stitch to look at the back, and you should see another “V”. You’ll be working into the back loop of that “V”, this is called the 3rd loop.

I have actually started to make this Primrose Proper Super Scarf using a tan colored yarn but I had to undo it because I was not ready to finish it. Now that I've seen its beauty again, I will definitely finish it to the end once I start it. Cheers!

This Primrose and Proper Super Scarf is Super long, wow 8 feet long. I'm not sure why I need a scarf that is longer than I am tall, I'm 5' 4", but all I know is I want this scarf! I love the look of the one and just the thought of having a scarf long enough to wrap around my head and my neck then having extra to show off. It's a hit! I like the written pattern that is so easy to make and she gives a few other sizes if you don't want a 8 foot long scarf. I can see this pattern as a afghan as she says. I need to find a beautiful yarn to make this beautiful scarf. Thank you so much for sharing this free crochet pattern.

i really love this pattern and i also live the hat . In the winter time my ears get really cold and now i don't have to worry about it
