Crochet Diagonal Dish Cloths

By: Sherry Nappa from
Crochet Diagonal Dish Cloths
Crochet Diagonal Dish Cloths

"Learning to crochet? Try this variation of a basic crochet stitch in these crochet diagonal dish cloths. The pattern is simple, but the result is beautifully textured fabric. The pattern is made by hooking three single crochet stitches and increasing the number of stitches with each row until the dish cloth is 10-inches across the longest side, then decreasing the number of stitches each row until the dish cloth is square. A single wash cloth can be made in about an hour. Three or four folded wash cloths, bound with jute or ribbon, make a wonderful kitchen gift."

Is that black material the the middle dish cloth is made of? If it is black can you tell me where to purchase it. Thanks.

According to the designer, she used Lily Sugar N Cream yarn, 2.5 oz/70.9 g, 120 yds/109 m, each White (A), Black (B) and Peaches & Creme yarn, Salt & Pepper (C). These will be available at most craft stores or you can search "Lily Sugar N Cream yarn black" to find where it's available online. Hope this helps! - Krista, Editor at FaveCrafts
