Paper plate weaving is a wonderful rainy day craft to do with kids and adults alike! Create beautiful images in the center of paper plates and frame them for later. This gorgeous tutorial  is so fun and special. It's easy to create hearts and flowers when you start with the basic shape! In fact, this tutorial is a bit like string art or nail art without the nails. This would be a fun birthday party craft, summer camp project, or even something peaceful to do with some music in the background on an otherwise quiet day.

From Red Heart: Practice weaving without breaking the bank! These plates are fun activities for summer camp and parties!
