10 Minute Blocks 2

10 Minute Blocks 210-Minute Blocks 2
by Susanne McNeill
Gifted by Design Originals
Reviewed by Maria Nerius

This book covers the variations on 3-seam squares. McNeill is an expert to learn from and the squares include Starburst, Solar Winds, Oasis, Large Sampler, Garden Delight, and Pom Pom de Paris. The detailed photography inspires and the colors just pop off the page. Illustrations take you step by step through the process. Information included covers rotary cutting, sewing basics, binding, layering, and basic quilting by hand quilting or machine quilting. The publisher has a large library of quilting books and this is one I highly recommend for any quilter’s stash!

This would be a perfect book to start out since I'm a newbie in quilting. I love the illustrations and the directions are easy for me to follow. Hope I win this book contest! :)

I've never been do QUILT, this book is great for me for a good start..thank you!

This book looks very interesting. You could make this in a weekend. I would realy like to try.

I've always wanted to make a quilt, but have never found the time to do so.

Hi, Francie 2. You might be interested in checking out our sister site, FaveQuilts. There are tons of free patterns there! Here is a link to all the free block patterns on FaveQuilts: Enjoy! --Editors of FaveCrafts

I would love a book that would show me many different types of blocks to make and I would probably make a sampler of all of them in a blanket. I wish I could afford this book, but I am disabled and am anable to afford anything:)
