Decoupage terra cotta pots with beautiful paper designs. This flower pots craft is great for scrapbookers who have a green thumb. Dig into that paper stash! You know you have a ton of paper in drawers and boxes that you haven't used and maybe never will, unless you make this craft. It's a beautiful Mod Podge craft that will add so much life to your plants, whether they go indoors or outdoors! This is also a great craft to brighten up your decor this winter. Make a beautiful new project with inexpensive materials you probably already have in your stash.

  • Ceramic flower pot
  • Scrapbook paper
  • Decoupage medium
  • Sponge brush
  • Polycrylic protective finish
  • Embellishments

Instructions

  1. Cut the paper into strips.

  2. Using your sponge brush, apply the decoupage medium to the pot. Add pieces of paper over the decoupage, and then add more decoupage on top.

  3. Repeat that step, covering the entire pot.

  4. Once it's try, paint over it with polycrylic finish. This gives it an added protective layer.

  5. Add embellishments as desired and you're done!
