Make Custom Quilting and Sewing Stencils

"Using a dress maker's tracing wheel, drawn or printed paper design, craft foam, and a pounce pad, you can create custom stencils for any needleworking project. From machine quilting to any hand sewing idea this method is a great alternative for perforating the paper along the marked design lines. Using the tracing wheel instead of using an unthreaded sewing machine is great for larger scale and custom designs. It couldn't be simpler! The pounce chalk is temporary and can easily be ironed off."

NotesThis method is idea for any larger or original designs, such as the 20" x 20" designs in Free-Motion Framework by author, Jen Eskridge.
