Although the stores were full of Halloween decorations, you couldn't find decorations that made your home look eerie. So, you decided to craft your own decorations instead! This Edgar Allan Poe Inspired Raven Halloween Wreath is a spooky wreath that literary and craft lovers will truly appreciate. Inspired by Poe's "The Raven," this Halloween craft creates an entire wreath around a raven, and it will look so creepy on your door. I love this halloween wreath made from plastic chain it is so different from all the others. What a great idea. I hope I can find this raven. I saw them last year but not this year. I like the idea from another post about using twigs too but mayb just a straw one too will do. If you want something different then check this halloween wreath out.

What a clever looking wreath. It has just the right spooky look to it for Halloween without being too scary.

I'm an avid reader too and was introduced to Poe when I was in grade school. I think this is a whimsical and horribly 'cool' wreath for Halloween. We love to decorate for Halloween and I know many of my family members will get a kick out of this wreath. I like everything about it. I may use willow branches formed I to a circular shape because we have an abundance of them. I think battery operated lights might be a creepy addition too. What a great idea!
