Tea Garden Wreath

By: Maya Road

This Tea Garden Wreath from Maya Road is reminiscent of sitting in a tea garden with white flowers all around. Learn how to make a wreath of your own with this handy tutorial. Spring wreath crafts like this make excellent indoor decor for the warmer months, and the understated colors ensure that it will coordinate with any interior design.

Tea Garden Wreath

  • 10" foam wreath (or making one out of a foam noodle/ piping insulation)
  • 2 yards of Maya Road Earl Grey Tea Garden Trim
  • Hot Glue Gun
  • Ribbon for hanging

  1. Starting with one end of the Tea Garden Trim, hot glue the end at an angle for the wreath.
  2. Slowly wrap the trim around the foam wreath. Glue about every 4 wraps around the wreath.
  3. Keep wrapping and gluing until you reach the end of the wreath.

As soon as I saw it I fell in love with it. I've ordered the ribbon and I'm making it as soon as it comes in. If you want to find the Maya Road Tea Garden Trim, just google it. I'll post pictures when I finish it.

I am not familiar with this trim either . Where can it be purchased and is it expensive ? I would like to make one

What's "Maya Road Tea Garden Trim?" I don't particularly care for this as presented but it's not bad as a jumping-off point for something prettier. Perhaps using the petals of silk flowers? I see silk flowers ALL the time at thrift shops and they're often on sale at Michael's and Joann's.

This is ugly, except for the name
